Free Family night at the Oldham County History Center Friday June 3rd Have a free Family night out in LaGrange and come by the Oldham County History Center on Friday evening June 3 rd from 7pm till 8:30pm. Roberta Taylor and Lee Butrum from the Kentucky Dulcimer Association will be conducting a hands-on dulcimer workshop for children and adults of all ages. Also to celebrate the History Center's exhibit Cultural Diversity: Oldham County's German Heritage , children can make a traditional German Schultutten. This in a decorated cone filled with candy that German children take to school on the first day. Admission is free. Please call 502-222-0826 for more information. |
