Children's Textile Workshop with artist Gayle Williamson
Saturday November 20 10:30am - 12 noon
Oldham County History Center
106 N 2nd Avenue, LaGrange
Fabric artist, Gayle Williamson,
will be conducting a Children's Textile
Workshop at the Oldham County History Center on Saturday November 20th at
10:30am. This workshop is recommended for children age 9 - 12.
Participants will spend the morning comparing various textiles and each
participant will construct their own fabric doll to take home. Please call
the Oldham County History Center for reservations 222-0826. Cost $5 per
child.
This special workshop is offered
in conjunction with Gayle Williamson's
exhibit "Art of Faith and Devotion" being presented at the Oldham
County
History Center through January 1, 2005.
