Kick-off for Late Night Fridays with Campfire Cooking by Lucy Ricketts
Friday, June 11, 2004
5 to 7 p.m.
Civil War re-enactor and OCHS educator Lucy Ricketts will demonstrate the campfire cooking techniques of the 1800s. Come taste some of her specialities of that period as she shares her favorite recipes for "kettle cooking". This event kick-offs the summer late night Friday evenings openings for the history center. The Oldham County History Center will be open until 7 p.m. on Friday evenings through October.
