Floydsburg Cemetery

The cemetery originally started with 3/4 acre donated by William Boulware in 1799. Another acre of land was donated 19 years later by Mr. Boulware. There is a bronze plaque which denotes the site of the Floydsburg Methodist Church 1818 -1909, and also a bronze plaque marking the site of the Floydsburg School in the cemetery. A Cemetery Charter was issued by the State of Kentucky to Floydsburg Cemetery Company on Feb 19, 1894. Duncan Memorial Chapel stands near the entrance of the cemetery. The Austin-Page Cemetery is located on Shiloh Lane, a short distance past the end of the divided portion of Shiloh Lane.
